Indi sat down in the middle of the floor of her quarters with a nice
hot cup of chai, stretching her legs. She hadn't been keeping up with
her usual dance regimen lately, so the muscles in her legs, hips, and
feed had started to tighten.

"Computer, begin personal log." Pausing, she took a sip of the chai.
"I've finally had the chance to visit Nysinrin City without it being
some sort of medical emergency. It's really lovely down there. The
marketplace is a wonderful bazaar where citizens sell everything from
raw textiles to "off the rack" clothing, and freshly hunted hrisneks
to hot homemade pies, ready to eat."

Again Indira paused and took another swallow of the spicy, creamy tea,
smiling as she recalled the evening's outing with the handsome
security officer. "The Lyrillian people are extremely friendly and
hospitable...and curious. Runo and I had a hard time finding a corner
to chat in without being interrupted by the inhabitants of the City.
I think if I go down there again, I'll try to find somewhere quiet.
Outside of Nysinrin perhaps. Or maybe on one of the other
continents." Picking up her cup, Indi continued. "The ship is still
experiencing power fluctuations on several decks, and they are
starting to creep onto Deck 4. There are lights that aren't working,
and its a good thing I took a shower before I went down to the planet,
because now its on the fritz. Environmental controls seem to be a
little off as well. My bedroom seems to be getting warmer and warmer.
Perhaps I'll see if I can find a spot to stay down on the planet like
Runo has."

Indira turned into another stretch. "Computer, save personal log."
Her chai was gone and the focus she had when she first sat down to
stretch was gone. She had started thinking about him and the fun they
had down on the planet. There was something about him that was safe
and comfortable and even exciting, and yet something that tweaked Indi
into feeling demure and shy. Maybe she'd go and talk to him...
