All right guys.  So everyone knows- in two weeks I am going in for outpatient surgery to have a lymphnode remove to be biopsied.  It's probably nothing- likely a reactive node (according to the doctor) but still, it worries me.  In fact it has worried me so much that the doctor believes I may have an ulcer now.  I have had a lot of issues going on and the timing of this particular problem is awful- moving away from home has been stressful- prepping for school this upcoming fall has been hectic- dealing with my grandmother and her house's repairs has been extremely tiring.  Now I have this problem.

During all of this Charon has been one of the things that has helped me to relax- it's one of the things I enjoy.  There are a lot of things in UCIP I do not enjoy but Charon is one thing that I do enjoy.  However, there is one thing I cannot do, and that is let the Charon worry me.  These past two months have been hard and Chaya has for all intense and purposes stepped in for me and cat with our full plates.

I am honestly disappointed in some of you.  When you joined Charon you agreed to participate.  I know people have busy lives- look above; do you think I'm not busy?  That I have an infinite amount of time to donate to UCIP and to Charon?  Sometimes it may seem like it but that's not the case.  Chaya is also a busy woman; she is contracted by the army to be a translator and spends a lot of time on the field, aside from that she has also has a family.

I'm not asking that all of you give up for RL and devote all your time to Charon- but I would appreciate a little more consistency.  A bit more consideration, at least make an effort.  Something some of you haven't been doing for awhile.  I'm not sure of the reasons- lack of motivation or lack of leadership on my part.  The next plot will require everyone's involvement to make it work.

Department Heads- you required to log twice a week on average.  The rule is listed on every report.  I have been extremely lax with the logging requirements since January, but no more.  Starting April it will be strictly enforced.  Unless you send in an excuse or go on leave I expect two logs.  I also expect you to log with your department members.  If this is impossible then step down to an assistant position- there is a great deal of interest in simming on Charon, if you have lost interest then open up your position for someone who might be a little more motivated.
