LOL I was worried, but it's ok we thought as much with all that stuff going on.  Glad to see you're OK though :)  I was half tempted to leave a message in Romulan but I wondered if that might get lost in translation :)  I have a surprise for you and the others going out at the end of this week (well I will send you sooner you can be editor in chief for this ;) )

Anyways, my face must have been priceless when I listened to my messages after coming home. Yes, I was abroad for a little while and I do apologize for giving no prior warning that I'd go off the grid for some time -  it's been three months from hell and now that I finally am catching breath I realize I probably caused some people to worry  

Please tell Tav and Jake I said hello (and will try to email them soon, my two attempts to locate anyone on IRC were probably badly timed). I hope you're all doing well and yes, I'd be very interested in writing with you guys again once I'm settled back in and am done eating every scrap of German food in sight.
